About Individual Therapy Services
At Walsh Behavioral Health Group, our providers offer a variety of mental health services, including supportive individual therapy tailored to your unique needs.
Individual therapy typically involves meeting with your therapist weekly. During these sessions, you will collaborate to establish treatment goals and create a plan regarding session frequency and logistics. We are pleased to provide virtual sessions for clients located throughout Illinois, Florida, and Washington DC. In addition, we have an in-person location for counseling at our office in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago.
Sessions generally last 55 minutes, but we can accommodate up to 90-minute sessions based on individual need and availability.
